I’m Asha, your friendly neighborhood recipe developer. You might know me as the recipe editor at Diaspora Co., a women-founded and owned company, equitably sourcing spices from across South Asia. I’m also a contributor to Bon Appétit, Epicurious, Food52, Kitchn, The Washington Post, and more.

This space is home to a variety of recipes. I can promise recipes that are flavor-forward and packed with deliciousness, plus fun tidbits and ingredient insiders (I’ve worn many hats, from cheesemonger and specialty food grocery buyer to e-commerce manager).
